Our client is a popular Accessories brand looking for a strong sales person who has excellent customer service experience and would be able to deail with both independents and retailer customers.

Responsiblities: 

• Taking both internal and external calls, from the public, clients and other departments, handling quickly and efficiently any queries raised.

• Active participation in clients range reviews and keeping all relevant minutes.

• Updating customers range notes currently using Excel.

• Order entry and goods allocation.

• Overseeing and actively coordinating any special order requirements, such as ticketing/labelling and shipping details.

• Handling all the necessary administrative duties and dealing with any queries sales representatives and their customers.

• Telesales activity to generate incremental sales by planned calls to a provided list of accounts.

• Creating sales opportunities by offering Sales Lines/Margin Enhancement packages, ad-hoc packages (Phase promotions).

• Provide Sales Reps with leads, back-up service and support making sure there is constant updating and feedback on everybody’s activity.

• To run weekly outstanding order reports to ensure accuracy of processed orders.

• Monitoring of internet for any Retail activity.

• Provide cover in the Sales team.

Essential Skills: 

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
