Our client is a successful Accessories brand looking for a strong Marketing Executive who can provide best in class Product Training, Visual Merchandising and Brand Communication support to their retail partners.

Responsibilities:

You will be the main contact for key department stores and represent act as the face of the brand at all times.
Manage the territory call file, call frequency and call type to optimise service levels to our retail partners.
Ensure call cycles are planned efficiently, allowing the flexibility to be responsive to our retail partners and business.
Build strong relationships with our retail partners at all levels; dept managers and sales associates.
Maintain strong relationships with the Field Marketing Co-ordinator, ensuring alignment on growth strategies for territory accounts.
Deliver group and 1 to 1 training sessions to store staff, ensuring they have a full understanding of the products.
Maintain and utilise all training materials and presentation tools, ensuring you always have the latest brand information available each season.
Co-ordinate the supply and correct use of Point of Sale for territory accounts when required
Deliver marketing campaign briefings to store staff, ensuring their awareness and motivation to promote our brands.
Provide general feedback on a weekly basis in a scheduled contact call
Provide monthly call plans and call reports
Provide fortnightly call reports and national account stock reports
Provide bi-monthly market reports
Provide ad hoc activity reports as requested

Essential Skills:

Outstanding organisation skills
Experienced in presenting and training
Independent and self-motivated
Creative flair for visual merchandising
Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
Excellent people skills
