<p><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 9pt">This highly revered Luxury brand is seeking to appoint an experienced contact centre manager with a strong affinity to the luxury market and with experience in digitial retail. ROLE Accountable for the Regional delivery of a best in class luxury customer experience. Responsible for the European multi-channel Customer Contact Centre comprising the Customer Care and Digital Commerce support teams your leadership and management skills will be crucial in transforming the customer experience building brand loyalty both regionally and globally. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 9pt">Key responsibilities:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 9pt">Develop and execute strategies to ensure that your region exceeds its customer’s expectations, delivering customer experience in line with the company standards.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 9pt">Create a high performance culture which develops engaged and passionate employees who are brand and product advocates. Target and attract external and internal talent into the Customer Service organisation.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 9pt">Drive revenue through maximising customer contact sales opportunities. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 9pt">Connect with colleagues across the business to align operational deliverables with other customer contact points to deliver a consistent customer experience. Champion the customer across the business using frontline customer feedback. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 9pt">Lead projects and key change initiatives to support business strategy. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 9pt">Act as the key regional interface for the Customer Service organisation, developing and nurturing strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and third parties accordingly. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 9pt">Responsible for overall regional service delivery which will involve sourcing and managing best in class 3rd party delivery partners who can support your overall goals and the retail experience. </span></li>
