Manager, In-Store Experience

In this versatile role, you will collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Art Departments to design retail window displays, retail environments, and special events spaces. The ideal candidate will be passionate and experienced in retail design, exhibit design, and visual merchandising. You will use your knowledge and expertise to create 3D environments and visualizations for a wide variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of all fixture drawings, store plans and environmental rendering for all assigned projects, including pop-ups, shop-in-shops, tradeshows and salesmeetings. Working closely with Marketing and Merchandising partners to ensure all brand initiatives are met.

-Coordinates the bidding process on all assigned projects. Prepare all bid documents, conduct pre-bid meetings, receives bids and award contracts. Assist in submittals to accounts for project approvals.

-Responsible for maintaining design & construction schedules on all assigned projects. Prepares detailed schedules, progress reports, etc.

-Assist in the review of contractor and vendor shop drawings or material samples as needed. Prepare briefs and redlines with comments to provide to internal partners, vendors and accounts.

- Responsible to obtain, organize and compile project completion status, photo reports as well as turnover documents.

-Responsible for maintaining brand supply inventory and communicating with associated vendors to ensure availability and timely distribution.

-Manages the physical and digital library of brand guidelines, drawing packages, store information and material sample packages.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture or other design related field

-4-6 years of applicable experience in retail store planning or architectural design or construction

-AutoCad experience required

-3dsMax experience required

-Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite

-Microsoft Office Suite required

-High level understanding of design

-Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.

-Ability to understand Floor Plans and Scaled Drawings

-Ability to perform under pressure, problem solve and design creative solutions

-Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

-Ability to work and manage off – hour requests
