Job description
Senior Marketing Operations Manager to work with a Leading Automation Platform!You will be responsible for building and developing the marketing architecture, operations and processes that all together function as the backbone for revenue generation across channels and tactics, such as inbound, integrated campaigns, ABM programs, events and much more.
Responsibilties:
• Create and enhance marketing operations strategy for demand generation
and demand capture
programs and campaigns
• Partner with leaders from across the marketing team to support individual
operations, data and reporting requirements.
• Partner with the head of Website to support improving the website
functionality and performance, including traffic- and conversion rate
optimisation
• Develop and drive marketing database strategies and execution in relation
to consumer growth,
segmentation, data cleanliness and completeness.
• Provide best practices campaign management for validated campaign MROI
metrics as well as
attribution across our lead sources and initiatives.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations and CRM system
management
• Proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub, B2B sales and marketing programs
• Managing projects and assignments independently, while also
successfully collaborating across teams and geographies
• HTML coding experience (basic preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce and Google Analytics (preferred)
Full time position, based in London.
Salary: 80-100K DOE
Hybrid.
