Global Beauty Brand is seeking a CRM Manager with an expertise in retention to join their team. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of retention programs with a focus on email and SMS. The ideal candidate is data-driven, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, creative problem solver and has a proven track record in driving success in email and SMS channels.Responsibilities:
-Responsible for planning, and executing CRM campaigns across email and SMS
-Be hands on in customer segmentation and audience strategies utilizing customer data and CRM tools
-Develop and build experimentation initiatives (A/B testing)
-Utilize data analytics tools to extract actionable insights, measure campaign performance, and inform decision-making. Present results and propose go-forward plans.
-Manage end-to-end email and SMS lifecycles
Requirements
-5 years + CRM/email marketing
-Beauty or CPG experience preferred
-Experience with Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify
Contract- 40 hours a week
Hybrid Schedule 1-2 days
