24 Seven is teaming up with a well-known company to help them find an Instructional Designer to join their team in this remote role. This is a 40/hr week, 2-3 month contract.
The Ideal candidate: will be a senior level Instructional Designer with 8+ years of experience that has proven experience building out leadership development programs, and has samples to share. This person should be highly skilled in various eLearning software and Adobe products such as: Vyond, Captivate, Audition, Storyline Articulate, Photoshop, Illustrator.

The Senior Instructional Designer will develop high-quality learning programs to support talent and business goals. They'll lead projects in curriculum design, workflow efficiency, and instructional technologies, collaborating with stakeholders to design effective e-Learning and instructor-led experiences.
Job Description:
• Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify target audience’s learning needs
• Design instruction that reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners and groups of learners
• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
• Conduct research from a variety of sources including internal and external partners
• Develop all instructional materials including PowerPoints, Participant Workbooks, and Facilitator Guides
• Develop curriculum in blended, in-person, and online instructional programs
• Create and maintain supporting material/media
• Record audio for eLearning tutorials using software such as Adobe Audition and Audacity
• Create engaging eLearning courses using tools such as Vyond and Articulate 360
• Create visual instructional graphics and stock photos using tools such as PhotoShop and Illustrator .
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related field.
- 8 years’ experience in developing and implementing corporate training programs.
- Highly proficient in various eLearning software and Adobe products such as: Vyond, Captivate, Audition, Storyline Articulate, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Effectively manage instructional design projects from initial concept to delivery.
- Advanced eLearning technical skills using various authoring tools.
