Job description
As a sales associate with our luxury goods client, you will take time to understand your customer's needs and provide an extraordinarily one of a kind, customer service experience. You will be helping build strong relationships with customers, while growing your career.Responsibilities: (including but not limited to):
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Telephone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
Qualifications:
- Timeliness; reporting to work on time and available rotating retail schedule
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail
- Must have full availability, with no restriction.
- Ability to work a rotating weekly schedule, which includes a minimum of 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month..
- At least 2-3 year of luxury retail experience
