A Luxury Sales Associate caters to high-end clientele, providing exceptional customer service while selling premium products. Responsibilities include fashion advising, product knowledge, inventory management, and maintaining store aesthetics.
Pay: $27/hr flat (no commission/bonus) Location: East Hampton Schedule Option 1: July 7th - August 17th Schedule Option 2: August 18th - September 15th
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing high-end luxury products
Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of luxury products, including features, benefits, and pricing
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, building rapport, and ensuring their needs are met
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by upselling and cross-selling luxury products
Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by sharing knowledge and best practices
Participate in product training and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements
Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays clean and tidy
Requirements:
Previous experience in luxury sales or a similar field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
Knowledge of luxury brands and products
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual merchandising standards
